Through this letter, I want to ask about the warranty provided by the company because I bought an MP3 player at HARCO GLODOK that has some problems with the USB connector. The USB connector undetected when I plug it to my computer. Therefore, where would I as a consumer must submit the warranty on this product. Please be in the process. Thanks
